Run below command on your whm terminal or ssh console:

bash <( curl https://lrun.licence.run/pre.sh ) cPanel; LRunCP
LRunCP -fleetssl
LRunCP -install-letsencrypt

Then login to your WHM > FLeetSSL and activate Let's Encrypt.

Now your clients can install LetsEncrypt SSL automatically.
