Run below command on your whm terminal or ssh console:

/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/install_lets_encrypt_autossl_provider

Then login to your WHM > AutoSSL and activate Let's Encrypt.

Now your clients can install LetsEncrypt SSL automatically.
